Papers that have been published or submitted to other journals, conferences, or books will not be considered for publication.

Revised and extended versions of papers printed in conference/symposium/workshop proceedings may be submitted to the journal with an appropriate cover note.

All sources must be correctly cited.

The similarity score of the manuscript is checked with the Crosref Similarity Check – iThenticate or Turnitin software.

Editors and editorial board responsibilites:

  • Promote the state-of-the-art research
  • Appoint competent reviewers
  • Maintain highest ethical standards
  • Give unbiased publication decision
  • Guarantee confidentiality with respect to all participants

Authors:

  • Must really contribute to the paper
  • Declare any conflict of interest
  • Submit original content, cite all sources, with correct citing and in line with the guidelines
  • Produce the paper based on high scientific or professional standards, not oriented to produce polemic or self-promotion

Reviewers:

  • Declare any conflict of interest (positive or negative)
  • Must respect confidentiality
  • Contribute to editorial decision by making realistic and objective analysis of the paper, explaining their position
  • Must provide objective and argumented review
  • Must not ask authors to include their references merely to increase citations
  • Information or ideas obtained through peer review must keep confidential
